Your New Role

Based in Renton, WA, you’ll:

  • Support the Director of Service and Special Projects while reporting to the Construction Operations Manager.

  • Organize, maintain, and manage all project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, schedules, submittals, T&M tickets, reports, and correspondence.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project status updates to internal and external teams.

  • Ensure timely communication across multiple departments to keep fast-paced projects on track.

  • Use your advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage complex documents, spreadsheets, and templates.

  • Leverage Bluebeam for document reviews and markups, ensuring accuracy and organization.

  • Adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.

  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills; able to handle fast-paced workloads with high attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (tables, formulas, formatting, templates).

  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam for document management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
