Your New Role: Assistant Project Manager
This is more than just an “assistant” position, you’re here to make things happen. Working directly with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track and within budget. You’ll handle everything from kickoff meetings to project closeouts, overseeing crucial elements like documentation, workflow management, and financial oversight. Here’s a look at your core responsibilities:
Assist in developing project execution plans and reviewing documentation
Manage change orders, materials, and subcontractors to keep the project on target
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity
Support budget setup and cost control alongside the Project Manager
Lead project closeouts, including punch-list management and final billing
Champion a culture of continuous improvement through active contributions

Job requirements
1+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the electrical field, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of project management software
Familiarity with electrical products and equipment is a plus
Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
Proficient in technology use
Authorized to work in the U.S.
